I became interested in psychology at a very early age, at the age of 10-11. I myself suffered from shyness and difficulties in establishing new contacts, I was afraid to do what I wanted. Thanks to psychologists, I was able to overcome these challenges and it inspired me to become a psychologist to help others. After finishing school, I enrolled as a psychologist, and after university, I began to look for areas of psychotherapy that would appeal to me. I found two areas that combined changed my life by 180 degrees — art therapy and body-oriented therapy. By studying these areas, I not only learned therapeutic methods and skills, but I was finally able to understand myself and work in my own therapy with specialists in these areas of topics that worried me and prevented me from living a full life. I am proud of my personal journey in therapy and personal change, I have come a long way from social anxiety to enjoying working with large groups of people. In my spare time, I like to dance Latin American dances, do boxing, spend time outside the city, cook various dishes and taste wine.
