For me, psychotherapy is not a panacea, but definitely a means to improve life. This is an opportunity to see new opportunities and choices, to learn to cope with difficulties ecologically. I chose this niche for myself a long time ago, because the world of people has always interested me, and thanks to empathy and the ability to listen to people, I manage to highlight their uniqueness and potential. As a psychologist, I am accepting and attentive, it is important for me that the client can trust me and feel accepted and real. It is important for me to move at the pace of the client, so that changes take place according to his readiness. In my work, I am always supported by sincere interest in my profession, constant self-development and improvement of skills. I consider it my life's work, which gives me a lot of motivation for quality work. Among my areas of development, I definitely see a clinical specialization with a focus on depressive, anxiety and sexual disorders. I believe that due to the events in our world and life, this topic has become so relevant that a deep understanding of it is something that can definitely improve the quality of the client's life.
